A good customer service
During the process of reservation I was easily able to join Car Trawler by phone. They help me to make the best choice, in particular for the different options of insurances suitable for my needs.

Everything was perfect execpt for a letter that the clerk was supposed to give us to enter Swaziland. We had to go to another office to get this letter.Everything A1
extra day charge
Over all I was happy with the car however I returned it 13 minutes past the 24 hours cycle and have been charged for a full extra day some 100 dollars. I wrote a claim and have not received an answer so far (8 days).

It was hard to discover that alamo was a europecar company. The reservation number was wrong and the first lady who has attended us told us to looking for the all rental car companys around the airport. After sometime thank a gentil man at avis( who called the call center and have found my reservation) we came back to europe car and have talked with the supervisor that have attended us very nicely. Besides that the car was very good.

Nothing to say, everything went smouth!
All okay, but I had a Honda Mobilia in South Africa and this not a Nice car. Too weak engine, bad seats and eventhough it had only travelled 19000 km it was making lots of rattle noices.

My experience regarding Rental Group has been good, but the only negative part is that I don't have a portfolio with you or my account page which shows my history, and also you don't provide any sort of advantages for your loyal customers.
No final report of extra charges
I asked the lady at the counter to give me any document that they confirm that as the service man that recived the car indcated that it is OK without any damage! - she refused and I felt that I am in thier hands and that they can charge me any cost they want and I have no idea why??? that's feel very bad!!! - usally I get immidiate report and if there is a problem - I can see it and understand why and if they extra charge me!!! please check it and send me your reply. thank you

Lovely Car but more advice needed
AVIS the rental company provided a lovely car including SAT NAV but a short guide to its use and that of some of the key features of the car in English would have been very useful for this customer. We had to ask a number of locals for guidance and only for that we might not have figured out the functions of the SAT NAV.
